At Nikkisstuffnthings, we take great pride in creating high-quality, custom resin and craft products made specifically to meet your unique needs. Since each item is handmade and tailored to your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

Custom and Handmade Nature of Our Products All of our products are made to order, which means that they are carefully crafted just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to double-check your order before submitting to ensure all details, such as sizes, colors, and specifications, are correct.

Exceptions for Returns or Refunds We strive for complete customer satisfaction, and if there is a problem with your order due to our mistake (such as a defect in the craftsmanship or a mix-up in your order), we are happy to address the issue. In this case, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will:

  • Review the issue.
  • Offer a replacement item or a full refund if the error is on our part.
  • Provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.

How to Report an Issue If you believe that your item was incorrectly made or is defective, please contact us at nikkisstuffnthings@gmail.com with the following information:

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable (in cases where a return is authorized due to a creator error).
